Ben Ramirez

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Ben is a former professional baseball player with a deep passion for player development and instruction. A gold medalist with USA Baseball at the 2013 15U COPABE Pan American Championships, Ben went on to play four years of infield at the University of Southern California, where he earned his degree in Real Estate Development.

Following college, Ben spent five years with the Seattle Mariners organization, gaining experience at every level of Minor League Baseball, including Triple-A. Throughout his professional career, he played every infield position, bringing a versatile and comprehensive understanding of infield play.

As a coach, Ben specializes in infield instruction with a strong focus on footwork and glove work, as well as hitting, emphasizing swing mechanics, bat-to-ball skills, and approach. He has worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels and has previously coached with MVP Rawlings, a prominent travel baseball organization in San Diego.

Ben brings a high level of expertise, professionalism, and a player-first approach to every training session.
